Pramaan is a Meta Tech Provider, so your WhatsApp Business Account is billed by Meta in rupees, directly. Message money never passes through us, and we never mark it up. We add and verify the card on your WhatsApp account during setup.

From 1 October 2026, Meta also charges service replies and in-window utility messages, at the utility rate.

actually buys.

An AI Action is a fixed amount of AI work, so your price stays the same while the work gets cheaper. Included actions reset on the 1st and don't roll over. Extra actions you buy never expire, and they're used only after your month's allowance.

If you run out, reply drafts and Workflow Studio pause until the 1st. Your automations, broadcasts and every warranty message keep running.

Are prices inclusive of GST?

No. Every price is in rupees and excludes 18% GST, which applies to plans, setup, add-ons and AI packs. Pramaan issues a GST invoice, and GST-registered retailers can usually claim the input tax credit — confirm with your CA.

Why is there a setup fee on monthly plans?

Our team does your setup up front: Meta signup, your number, templates, warranty automations and the QR standee. Month-to-month plans pay for that once. On 6-month and yearly plans it's waived.

Who pays for WhatsApp messages?

You pay Meta directly, at Meta's own rates, with zero markup from us. Pramaan is a Meta Tech Provider, so your WhatsApp Business Account is billed by Meta in rupees — message money never passes through Pramaan. We add and verify the card on your WhatsApp account during setup.

What is an AI Action?

A fixed amount of AI work. A Copilot reply draft is about 3, a chat summary less than 1, and building a workflow from a sentence about 6. Background insights on every message are included and never use your allowance. Included actions reset every month; extra actions you buy never expire.

What happens if I run out of AI Actions?

Reply drafts, summaries and Workflow Studio pause until the 1st, or until you add more. Your automations, broadcasts and every warranty message keep running — nothing your customers receive depends on the AI allowance.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrade any time, prorated from that day. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your term, and anything already running stays on.

Can I cancel?

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time, effective at the end of the month; the setup fee isn't refundable once setup has started. A first 6- or 12-month purchase of Base or Pro has a 14-day money-back guarantee, and the standee stays with you. Max is covered by our go-live promise instead.

What if a payment is missed?

There's a 7-day grace period. After that, AI and broadcasts pause — but warranty registration and warranty messages keep running for 30 days, so no customer loses a warranty over a billing lapse. After 30 days the account becomes read-only, and you can always export your data.
