Pramaan is software for retail shops. Record what you sell, keep the warranty details for your customers, and stay in touch with them on WhatsApp — from your shop’s own number, without either side installing an app.

How it works
Three steps at the counter, and nothing for the customer to download.

Register the purchase
When a customer buys something, your shop records it in Pramaan in a few seconds — the product, the customer's name and number, and the date. No app for the customer to install.

The warranty is stored
Pramaan works out the warranty period from the purchase date and keeps the record. Any staff member can look up a customer by phone number and see exactly what they bought and whether it is still covered.

Stay in touch on WhatsApp
Your shop messages customers from its own WhatsApp business number — answering questions, confirming a registration, or reminding someone their warranty is about to end.
What your shop gets
Everything is scoped to your shop. You see your own customers and your own conversations, and no other business on Pramaan can see them.
Warranty records
Every unit you sell is registered against a unique code, with the warranty period tracked automatically and a certificate the customer can keep.
Customer lookup
Search by phone number and see the customer's full purchase history with your shop, so anyone at the counter can help them.
A shared WhatsApp inbox
Conversations with your customers in one place, so replies do not sit unanswered on a personal phone.
Message templates
Reusable messages for common situations — registration confirmations, service reminders, warranty expiry — submitted for approval and ready to send.
Reminders that send themselves
Set up a message to go out when something happens, such as a warranty nearing its end, instead of remembering to send it.
Your own QR code
A code for your counter that lets customers register their own purchase, which saves your staff the typing.
About the WhatsApp messaging
Messaging runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Your shop connects its own WhatsApp business number, and messages go out from that number rather than from us.
You may only message customers who have agreed to hear from you. If someone asks to stop, Pramaan records it and blocks any further messages to them. We do not use your customers’ details for advertising, and we do not sell them.
